A private 330 m² villa along the Yukawa River — five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, set within 1,600 m² of grounds in one of Karuizawa's quietest neighborhoods. The entire property is yours. Not a hotel room, not a shared space. A home, ten minutes on foot from the station.

Built in a modern architectural style that sits quietly among the birch and maple canopy of Karuizawa. Designed for families who already know this town — and want a place here that feels like their own.

The villa comes fully equipped — a large kitchen for family meals, a living and dining area that opens to the surrounding greenery, a washer and dryer, and five bedrooms that each close off into their own private world. Every morning here begins with the sound of the Yukawa River and light filtering through the forest.

Set along the riverbank, next to a park, in the heart of Naka-Karuizawa. Tsuruya Supermarket is five minutes away. The station is ten. An Alphard is available for day trips to the highlands, the onsen towns, or the ski slopes in winter.

  • Yes, all the beds come with a full set of linen (bed sheet, duvet & pillows).

  • Depends on room types. Suite Double rooms provide two double beds and a sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Japanese-Western Style rooms provide two single beds, a sofa bed and Japanese futons, which can be also suitable up to 6 people.

  • We do not provide breakfast or dinner. However, there are many excellent restaurants nearby. We hope you enjoy the local food culture of Fukuoka during your stay.
