Designed for those who want to live in Sapporo — not just pass through it. Whether you are here for a weekend ski trip or staying through the entire winter — wake up to snow-covered streets, step out into the city, and return to a space that feels completely your own.

The apartment comes fully equipped — a kitchen with IH cooktop and all cooking essentials, a dining area for the whole group, washer and dryer, and a bedroom that closes off from the living space. Every morning here starts quietly, with city light coming in above the snow.

Le Jade Sapporo Odori The Tower was built to ZEH-M standard by ES-CON Japan — one of Hokkaido's newest high-rise residences, at 〒060-0032 中央区北2条東2丁目. Odori Park is two minutes away on foot. Odori Station is seven minutes. Sapporo Station is six. From here, everything is within reach — ski resorts, the snow festival grounds, Susukino, the city's best ramen.

  • Yes, all the beds come with a full set of linen (bed sheet, duvet & pillows).

  • Depends on room types. Suite Double rooms provide two double beds and a sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Japanese-Western Style rooms provide two single beds, a sofa bed and Japanese futons, which can be also suitable up to 6 people.

  • We do not provide breakfast or dinner. However, there are many excellent restaurants nearby. We hope you enjoy the local food culture of Fukuoka during your stay.
